Buck’s “Shoe Dog” is an interesting journey, full of struggle and problems, but also full of hope and victories. Best business book and best memoir I have read so far. Lot of touch and go moments in the journey of what we see Nike today. Phil Knight described every charter in so much detail that you will be really glued to the book till the end.
My take home – 1. Don’t manage people, enables them. 2. Find your passion, rest of the things will follow. 3. Be a lifelong learner, surround yourself with enthusiasts who share your interest. Talk to them and learn from them.
